We were commissioned to manufacture a bespoke Griffin model to be mounted to the OEM Rolls Royce retractable mascot mechanism (7198867) fitted to the Phantom and Ghost models.
The original sculpture of the griffin was created in a natural wax and moulded in semi-rigid silicone. Once moulded, a number of castings were completed and sent to a local CNC machining company who milled the RR mounting into the mascot base. A number of mascots were then polished and finished in nickel, chrome, bronze, silver and gold plate.
